We are certified and recognised by the Guild of Residential Landlords. We manage the building ourselves. You will not deal with a letting agency once you have your keys, we take care of everything from that point on.
We run the building using an App. COHO provides access to all your documents, building safety certificates, messaging and a maintenance reporting system. And we actually respond to you really, really quickly!
